Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) – Cargo Van – $350 Sign‑On Bonus

Join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor and receive a $350 sign‑on bonus after 60 days of active service. This will be paid out after day 60, and the driver has completed 150 jobs within the 60 days.

Daily guarantee available:
We are offering a $150/day guarantee to one dedicated driver who is available and ready to work each day from 5 AM to 1 PM.

You can earn extra money doing jobs outside of any routed work that you may be given.

We are looking for Full‑Size Cargo Vans or Sprinter Vans. Become an Independent Contract Courier and have that small business you always wanted. Please note that pay ranges are estimates; actual earnings depend on the number of jobs completed.

Dash Courier supports major medical facilities, as well as other industries, throughout the area. We specialize in same‑day rush deliveries of important, sometimes lifesaving, packages. Most work is on‑demand, meaning orders are called in and delivered on the same day. Occasional scheduled and routed work may be available when our primary on‑demand customers desire it.

Dash Courier & Logistics is a 24/7/365 operation, and we are onboarding drivers for all shifts – specifically drivers with open availability. Having consistent availability (8+ hours/day) and great attention to detail will also help drivers achieve success. Client‑specific instructions and compliance will be provided to meet customer requirements.

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Social Security Card or Proof of Citizenship (Required)
• Current up‑to‑date Vehicle Registration for the vehicle you will be driving (Required)
• Current Vehicle Insurance Declaration Page showing minimum auto policy liability limits of $100K/$300K/$50K per accident (Required)
• Newer smartphone with GPS capability (Required)
• Must have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and pass a background check performed by a third party (Required)
• Experience in same‑day, local and long‑distance delivery (Preferred)

Applicants must be 21 years of age to qualify.

Individuals with diverse life/work experiences – including actual courier experience, patient services, commercial/industrial, airport recovery/tendering – are preferred. Individuals should have professional appearance and attitude. Perfect for retirees and those re‑entering the workforce.

Pay range: $42,663.00 – $51,141.00 per year.

Daily guarantee: $150 per day (subject to schedule availability).

All hours (24/7/365). Expected hours: 10–40 hours per week.
