• Transport customer's vehicles to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
• Run errands for the dealership as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations
• Operate cell phone or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to coordinate pickup and deliveries
• Maintain a record of trips including customer names, vehicles picked up or dropped off, and destinations
• Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning and general maintenance

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills
• Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
• Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
  
  Professional appearance and work ethic
• Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record with excellent driving skills a must!
