Location: South Willesborough
Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Governance Manager to lead Board governance, off-payroll compliance and Company Secretarial activities. You will support the Board, Executive Team and committees, driving best practice and ensuring robust governance across a not-for-profit social enterprise.
The role requires strong governance experience, stakeholder engagement and the ability to work with Senior Directors while maintaining high levels of integrity and discretion.
