HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor / Commercial Asset Surveyor for Ashford, Kent on a temporary basis. The role covers building inspections, condition surveys, defect identification and contractor management across a diverse property portfolio.
The successful candidate will have an HNC/HND in Building Surveying or equivalent, knowledge of CDM 2015, AutoCAD, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is £21.99 per hour, 37 hours weekly, for an initial 3-month contract with immediate
