Part Architectural Assistant

A growing multidisciplinary practice near to Charing/Ashford in Kent, have a great opportunity for either an Architectural Technician/Architectural Technologist or an technical Architectural Assistant. To join their friendly medium sized team in an involved role. Working across a variety of projects covering Residential, Education, Leisure and Commercial schemes, the practice have some great projects lined up and underway and it's an exciting time to join them!

To become a part of this growing practice, the ideal individual would have the following skills and experience:

• Technical detailing know how and producing construction details
• Experienced in producing drawing packages inline with project deadlines
• Strong timekeeping and organisational skills
• Experience in using AutoCAD on live projects in a practice is essential
• Sketch Up ability is desirable
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team

The successful individuals can expect long term career opportunities. Plus a salary of circa £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
