Hays Education is working with a variety of primary schools across Ashford that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teachers to join their teams.

Whether you're an experienced Upper KS2 practitioner or an Early Career Teacher looking to further develop your skills, we have a range of opportunities available across supportive and welcoming school settings.

The Role
As a Year 6 Teacher, you'll play a vital role in guiding pupils through the final chapter of their primary education. You'll help children build confidence, resilience and independence while preparing them for the exciting transition to secondary school.

You'll deliver engaging and challenging lessons, support pupils as they prepare for end-of-key-stage assessments and create a positive classroom environment where every child feels motivated, supported and ready to succeed.

Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

* Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2

* Can deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that challenge learners

* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* Are committed to helping pupils achieve their academic and personal goals

* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

* Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a passion for education
