The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Technical Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range prestigious Residential schemes.
They provide excellent customer service standards, and dedicated to pushing the development of housing designs.

Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
Experienced and knowledge of Infrastructure, road works and facilities
Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
Degree qualified or Equivalent Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily design management of the assigned projects
Prepares the Design Management Plan for the project.
Overall management of the design process including technical design matters from pre-planning through to completion.
Prepare scopes and participate in the appointment of Consultants, when required.
Identify all surveys, site investigations and consultants that would be required on a project.
Identify and manage design risks to ensure that they are mitigated in good time.
Production and maintenance of design deliverable package programme.
Support the Procurement and Construction teams.
Take responsibility for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design.
