Overview
The Management Accountant will use your financial expertise to influence decisions that make a difference. You will provide financial leadership, support operational and strategic decision-making, and work closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders across the organisation. The role includes producing monthly management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, and supporting business performance through financial analysis. You will manage and develop a Junior Management Accountant team while driving process improvements and supporting finance systems enhancement.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly management accounts and insightful financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support business performance through financial analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support finance systems enhancement and optimisation
- Manage and develop junior team members
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Experienced management accountant with strong analytical skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Passionate about transforming complex information into clear business insight
- Proactive, organised and naturally curious
- Driven to identify and implement improvements that add value
- Salary of £44,000 per annum
