Hours: 29.75 per week
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 3:15pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:15pm
Term Time Only: 38 weeks + 5 Staff Training Days
Salary:
Kent Scheme A – £17,103.46 (pro rata of £24,513 FTE)
SEN Allowance: £1,194 (pro rata of £1,485 FTE)

- Lunchtime cover: 11:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

Working as a Learning Support Assistant is a physically demanding job that requires staff to be dynamic to the risks and safety needs of our children with complex needs. The ability to respond promptly and proactively is necessary in all of our classes.
You’ll receive a comprehensive induction, full training, and ongoing support from our dedicated onsite teams.
