£40,000-£43,000 + PERFORMANCE BONUS

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead an established fashion retail team in Ashford.

This confidential appointment requires a strong people leader who can bring structure, accountability and consistent performance while creating a positive and supportive team culture.

• Lead, coach and develop the store team through regular one-to-ones and clear development plans
• Drive commercial performance and deliver ambitious sales targets
• Create a culture of accountability, progression and high performance
• Support and empower the wider management team
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall store performance

• Proven Store Manager experience within fashion or premium retail
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
• An excellent track record in coaching and developing teams
• A structured, proactive and solutions-focused leadership style
• Confident stakeholder-management and communication skills
• The ability to balance people development with commercial delivery
