Location:
Outskirts of Ashford (own transport required due to location)
Contract Type:
Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour + regular overtime available at enhanced rates!
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:45pm, with an early finish every Friday at 4:15pm
About the Role
Looking for a role where you can stay active, learn new skills and finish early on Fridays?
We're recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business on the outskirts of Ashford. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the production and assembly of high-quality products using a variety of tools and equipment.
This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, working as part of a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You'll Be Doing
Using hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, and nail guns.
Assembling and manufacturing products to customer specifications.
Manual handling and lifting of materials as part of the production process.
What We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work.
Comfortable lifting materials weighing up to 25kg.
Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, labouring, woodworking, or similar environments is advantageous.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Safety boots and hi-vis clothing are required.
