We want to bring on a Sales Consultant with a genuine passion for fashion, a commercial mindset, and a strong customer focus! In this role, your main goal will be to create a memorable shopping experience by advising customers with a friendly, proactive, and professional attitude. You will work as part of a team to meet sales targets and ensure that products are perfectly organized, restocked, and attractively displayed at all times.

Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and delivering top-quality service that reflects the brand's values.

Meet commercial targets and store KPIs while conveying the brand's unique value to customers.

Work as a team to handle inventory, stock management, cash register duties, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Keep the store organized according to visual standards and well-stocked with the products needed to provide quality service.

Cultivate and contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

You are a friendly, approachable person with a great, positive attitude; you are enthusiastic and know how to connect with customers. You are eager to learn new skills and gain in-depth product knowledge—and, of course, fashion is your passion, and it shows!

• At least two years of relevant experience in the fashion or retail sector.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
