The Package

• 💰 Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
• 💸 Realistic Earnings (including commission): £26,000 - £31,000
• ⏰ Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

• 📅 Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
• Make customers feel welcomed and well‑cared for throughout their journey
• 💬 Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
• 📈 Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
• Primarily office‑based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!

• A minimum of 6 months Lettings experience is essential
• 😊 Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
• A thirst for self‑development and a passion for learning
• 💖 Genuine care for customers and a strong work ethic
• Full driving license and your own car
• 💼 Ambitious, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
