Removals Driver & Porter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Removals Driver & Porter to join our award-winning team in Ashford, Kent.

This is a varied and active role combining driving with hands-on removals work. You will be responsible for driving our 3.5-tonne vans safely and professionally while also packing, loading, unloading, and delivering customers' belongings. As you will be working in customers' homes and handling valued possessions, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are essential.

The role includes (but is not limited to):

• Driving company removal vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes GVW

• Professional packing of customer goods

• Loading and unloading furniture and household effects

• Specialist piano moving (full training provided)

• Commercial and office relocation work

• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times

As piano removal specialists, careful handling of these delicate instruments forms an important part of our operation. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.

What we're looking for:

• Full UK driving licence

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Hard-working, dependable, and punctual

• Strong team player

• Professional, courteous, and well presented

• Removals, delivery, or logistics experience advantageous but not essential

Working hours:

Full-time with flexible start and finish times to meet customer demand. Most days run approximately 7:30am–4:30pm, although earlier starts and later finishes may occasionally be required. The job will entail some nights away as customer moves dictate.

Location:

Based at our Ashford headquarters, with work throughout Kent, London, and across the UK.
