A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting pupils’ wellbeing and learning
A genuine passion for inclusive, therapeutic education
Key Responsibilities

Support pupils during therapeutic, outdoor, and Forest School activities
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, SLT, and on-site therapists to deliver consistent support
Monitor progress and adapt approaches to meet individual needs
Contribute to pastoral care, ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing progress and celebrating successes
Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a forward-thinking SEND school with a strong therapeutic ethos, excellent facilities, and a truly supportive leadership team.
This role offers the chance to make a real, lasting impact while gaining valuable experience and access to long-term and permanent opportunities within the school.
