We are recruiting for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a well-established nursing home in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, professional and clinically confident nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.

You will be joining a supportive nursing team with excellent management support, where your clinical skills, compassion and commitment to resident care will be genuinely valued.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care Administering prescribed medication in accordance with NMC guidelines and company procedures Completing clinical assessments, care plans and accurate nursing documentation Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in their condition Taking responsibility for the effective management of shifts when required Supervising and supporting care staff to maintain high standards of care Communicating effectively with residents, relatives and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals Maintaining professional knowledge and clinical competence in line with NMC requirements Promoting residents' dignity, safety and overall wellbeing What We're Looking For Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN – Essential Minimum 1 year's nursing home experience – Essential Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Confidence in managing a shift and supporting care staff A compassionate, professional and resident-focused approach Ability to reliably commute to Newbiggin-by-the-Sea (NE64 6HN
