A. O. Smith is a global leader in water heating equipment, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with operations worldwide.

This position will be based in Ashland City, TN. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a requirement for 1 week of on‑call coverage each month.

Employee will manage the planned and emergency replacement of water heaters for national restaurants and other hospitality organizations. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery, communicating with service providers, store managers, and facility managers, processing payments to providers, and invoicing customers via Salesforce.

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related work experience or training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fundamental knowledge of Excel and Word
• Must be able to follow through on work assignments promptly
• Independent and detail oriented
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, providers, and co‑workers

High school diploma or GED.
