Are you ready to take the lead on impactful projects while shaping the future of manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can bring strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership to our engineering team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide projects from concept through completion, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead meetings and influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with engineering and analysis tools (Solid Works, MATLAB, Lab View, Minitab, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP or MRP systems is a plus
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas at this time)

• Lead and support engineering projects from design through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Mentor and collaborate with design engineers throughout the development cycle
• Provide technical solutions for complex manufacturing challenges and customer issues
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and safety
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and lead teams during early design phases
• Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Stay engaged with industry groups to keep skills and knowledge current
