Role Purpose: Ensure the installations perform the desired operation(s) according to procedures and policies, and monitor the installations to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and adjust installations according to procedures and policies, serve pumps, open and close taps, etc.
  • Fix alerts.
  • Analyze and perform quality checks of products to meet process requirements.
  • Identify non-conformities during production and coordinate with other employees to ensure product quality.
  • Control the amount of products produced by an installation.
  • Carry out auxiliary tasks related to production, following procedures and supervisor instructions.
  • Perform small maintenance activities and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger tasks.
  • Collaborate with weighbridge operators, bagging operators, etc., to ensure continuous production.
  • Record production data into the relevant IT systems.
  • Use personal protective equipment and ensure its safekeeping, following safety policies.

  • High school diploma or equivalent by experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Technical English skills — reading and comprehension.
