Shift Manager – McDonald’s

Join our team as a Shift Manager. This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant, responsible for overseeing crew schedules, delivering an outstanding guest experience, maintaining food safety, and driving performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the experience:
    Handle and oversee crew schedules
  • Inspire and empower:
    Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver outstanding guest experience
  • Ensure teamwork:
    Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
  • Manage key operations:
    Address safety, security, inventory, and profitability proactively

    Cultivate and support training, education, and professional growth within the restaurant
