Jessica Haukedahl State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Must be able to pass insurance license exams within 3 months of hire date.

2-3 days a week 8:30am-5:00pm

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Outbound cold calling when needed to assist the sales team.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
