I am partnered with a well-established practice in Ashland, Kentucky seeking a permanent Orthodontics Dentist to join their team and care for a loyal, established patient base. - Full-time opportunity
- Schedule is flexible and typically consists of 3 clinical days per week
, with time split between both locations - Approximately 6-7 doctor days per month at each office
- Schedule rotates between Ashland and Portsmouth based on patient demand
- Non-clinical/admin days are typically Mondays and Thursdays
- Doctor will have flexibility to help determine their clinical schedule
- Portsmouth: 8 operatories
- 5 dental assistants across the practices
- Established support team with dedicated practice leadership
- Orthodontist will have input during the hiring process
- i-CAT CBCT in both locations
- 3D printers in both offices
- Digital orthodontic workflows
- Intraoral images available through iTero scans
- Extraoral photography available via SD card
- Diagnose and treatment plan orthodontic cases
- Select appropriate treatment plans and appliances
- Prescribe Invisalign treatment
- Oversee patient care throughout treatment
- Collaborate with the existing clinical and administrative team
- Modern technology and digital orthodontic workflow
- Experienced clinical support team
- Flexible scheduling between two established locations
- Strong administrative and treatment coordination support
