Opportunity Highlights
- Join 7 Orthopedic Surgeons in a hospital-employed practice
- Adding another surgeon due to growth; will need to build hand practice
- Patient population of 750,000+
- Flexible schedule, option for a 4- or 5-day workweek
- Dedicated OR days with block time at the hospital
Compensation and Benefits
- $725,000 salary guarantee plus productivity (wRVUs) and quality bonuses
- $75,000 Signing Bonus
- $75,000 in student loan assistance
- Excellent benefits include paid malpractice insurance, 30 days of vacation time, CME time and allowance, and much more
