This is a full-scope, general ENT practice with excellent support and a strong referral base drawing from a service area of approximately 750,000 people across Kentucky and Ohio.Highlights: $600,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years Productivity-based bonuses in addition to base salary Join a well-established ENT group with three experienced colleagues Hospital-employed, full-scope general ENT opportunity New state-of-the-art Emergency Department and Imaging Center opening soon as part of a major facility expansion Large network of 40+ primary care clinics supporting strong referral flowOutstanding Compensation Package: $75,000 signing bonus $75,000 in student loan repayment (paid over 3 years) 6 weeks of vacation + 1 week CME $5,000 annual CME allowance Full suite of benefits: health, vision, dental, life insurance, long-term disability 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans Malpractice coverage provided (paid occurrence-based) Relocation assistance availableFacility & Community Overview: Emergency Department sees more than 70,000 visits annually Access to nearly all medical specialties on-site Significant growth in patient volumes due to the closure of a nearby hospital Clean, well-equipped facilities with university health system affiliationAshland, Kentucky:Ashland is a picturesque town of 25,000 nestled along the Ohio River in the Tri-State region of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia.
