Lexington, KY (alternate practice)

Patient coordinators serve as the first point of contact for patients and manage the front-end administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and optimum patient experience.

• Facilitate patient flow, including check‑in/out and appointment scheduling.
• Verify medical and vision insurance information and collect co‑payments.
• Answer patient inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and managers.
• Process payments, complete daily reconciliations, and close cashier drawers.
• Maintain office cleanliness and perform general office duties per manager assignment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check clearance.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and grow in eye‑care practice.
• Reliable transportation for regular travel.

Full time;
Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm; shifts may vary within hours.
