Pathways Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to deliver
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The candidate will design and implement individualized behavior plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure adherence to BACB and Kentucky Board ethics and standards.
This is a full-time position in Kentucky. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field, along with active BCBA certification and Kentucky LBA licensure.
