• Count and record inventory accurately.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals.
• Represent the organization, upholding core values.
• Support the team and embrace technology and process improvements.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Discipline and ability to learn handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Applicants with no degree, no prior experience, returning to workforce, military experience, or reliable transportation are encouraged.

Stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane including overnight stays.
