Retail Assistant Manager

What You Bring

  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Experience in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multitask, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
