** Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

* We're seeking a  
** Service Technician
** to support maintenance and repair operations. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working independently, this role is for you.

** What You'll Do*
* + Diagnose and repair  
** plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry systems*
* + Document repairs accurately in  
** work order software*
* + Track parts and materials to maintain inventory

+ Follow  
** manufacturer service specifications
** and safety guidelines

+ Perform physical tasks (standing, stooping, crawling, bending)

+ Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and communicate findings for parts procurement

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

** What You Need*
* + Hands-on experience troubleshooting  
** plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems*
* + Familiarity with  
** work order management systems*
* + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

+ Comfortable in varying conditions (heat, humidity, cold)
