APPLIANCE AND ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN – In Home Service Repair

Join Big Sandy Superstore as an Appliance & Electronics Technician. Your role will focus on diagnosing and repairing customer units in their homes.

• Contact customers at the start of each workday.
• Run all scheduled calls for the day.
• Accurately diagnose appliances and electronics.
• Order parts and document details in the work order.
• Install parts, test operation, and finalize all billing notes from the customer’s home.
• Call the tech line and document calls in the system after any failed repair attempt.
• Complete additional tasks within the scope of the position, within agreed time‑frames.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking ability; self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
• Maintaining the company’s image and reputation at all times.
