Grant Gardens in Ashland, KY, is seeking Night Watch Youth Counselors for overnight direct care of adolescents 13–17 in residential treatment. You will monitor safety, provide behavioral support, and help with morning routines in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
The role requires staying awake during the entire shift, documenting observations, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure resident well-being and safety. Training in TCI is provided.
