Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer; communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• For team leads:
  Manage the team's schedule, drive safely, maintain the company car, delegate duties, and clean and check partners' work.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.

Full-time position, 30‑40 hrs per week / up to 8‑hr shifts daily.

Paid time off up to 40 hours a year.

Earn one hour of Paid Time Off for every 30 hours worked.

Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to earn up to $900.00 per week, paid weekly.

Team Leads may earn up to $23/hour including tips and wages.

No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided. No nights, weekends or holidays.
