ABSOLUTE DESIGN BUILD is a high‑end residential remodeling and custom construction company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and client satisfaction. We handle everything from major remodels to detailed finish work, and we’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

• Lead residential remodeling and custom build projects from start to finish.
• Handle all aspects of carpentry – framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work.
• Read and execute plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and company leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Manage materials, schedules, and quality control.
• Represent Absolute Design Build with professionalism and attention to detail.

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Ability to run projects independently – start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of residential framing, finish, and remodeling processes.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and your own tools.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Professional attitude and clean, organized work habits.

$45 per hour – 1099 Contractor. Paid bi‑weekly via direct deposit. Growth opportunities with a respected and expanding company.
