Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ annually, based on experience and performance

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

• Diagnostic Expertise:
  Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Repair Execution:
  Perform repairs and calibrations as needed, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Customer Communication:
  Clearly explain diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors and customers.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Certifications:
  
  ASE Certification(s) preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications.

  Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
