Construction Project Manager – Custom Homes

A regional single-family home builder with a small-company feel, backed by extensive corporate support staff, is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager for residential new custom construction. The company operates numerous offices across multiple states, working directly with local clients to build semi-custom homes ranging from affordable to custom niche. This role is key to maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Run projects and manage sub/client relationships for each home
• Oversee construction site management from sub-selection and contracts through safety, scheduling, and completion
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors
• Lead job site development and production
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs

• Experience in residential construction, preferably in custom-home scattered lot building
• Ability to manage multiple projects (typically 8-10) at one time
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations and project leadership within New Construction
• Strong leadership ability and track record for overall construction operations
• Good team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers/owners
