This is a full‑time or part‑time on‑site General Dentist position located in Ashland, OH. The office sees over 40 new patients per month. The role offers high income potential in a fast‑paced, rewarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorative treatments.
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health.
• Collaborate with dental team (hygienists, support staff) to deliver high‑quality care in a busy environment.
• Perform basic oral surgery, endodontics, and Invisalign when qualified.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) with active state licensure and eligibility to practice in Ohio.
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures: cleanings, examinations, fillings, extractions, restorative treatments.
• Strong patient‑care and communication skills, ability to educate and build trust.
• Experience working efficiently in a high‑volume practice and collaborating within a dental team.
• Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of dental technologies and continuing education.
• Experience with dental software systems is a plus.
• BLS/CPR certification and adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
