is growing again in the greater Ashland Market - and we are looking for a dynamic
Mortgage Loan Originator
to join our team of lenders and banking professionals!

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan origination, consumer lending, or a related role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting production goals and generating new business through effective relationship management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with borrowers and referral partners.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of mortgage products, credit analysis, and underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and mortgage processing systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in a regulated industry
• Prior experience with mortgage lending software and financial analysis tools is preferred.
