Occupational Therapy Assistant; COTA​/OTA – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston of Ashl

Kingston Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in Ohio. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping residents regain function, confidence, and independence through person-centered care and supportive teamwork.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA license in the State of Ohio required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping older adults succeed in achieving their functional goals.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab settings preferred but not required.
