Kingston of Ashland is hiring Housekeeping Aides to help maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for residents, families, and staff in our Skilled Nursing and Senior Care community. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will directly support the health and happiness of everyone who calls Kingston home.

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to keep resident spaces comfortable
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure all cleaning is performed to high safety standards
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with residents and visitors while performing daily duties

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial experience a plus but not required—training provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, flexible, and resident‑focused attitude
