What You’ll Do

• Assist physical therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide guidance and motivation to patients during therapy sessions to help them improve physical function.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with therapists to create a positive and supportive therapy environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic exercises and activities.
