Occupational Therapist; OT – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston of Ashland, OH

Kingston Healthcare is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in Ohio. We’re open to full-time, part-time, or flexible PRN work under a formal PRN agreement. This is a resident-centered role in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. Ohio OT license is required.

• Conduct detailed occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on helping residents regain independence and function in activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and empowerment.

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active OT license in the State of Ohio required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• New grads with a strong clinical foundation are welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to person-centered care and teamwork.
