Resident Companion – Assisted Living

Brethren Care Village is seeking caring team members to support residents in Assisted Living settings, aligning with our values of Compassion, Excellence, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing and Giving. This role is available for both full‑time and part‑time positions (days, evenings, and nights).

• Base rate: $14.00 to $15.80 per hour, based on experience (full‑time and part‑time rates).
• Shift differentials: $0.75 per hour for evening shifts, $0.50 per hour for night shifts, $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Deliver and pick up laundry, handling a variety of laundry chemicals.
• Monitor health and safety, report changes to management or nursing staff, conduct room checks and resident rounds.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activity programs and assist as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in mandatory in‑services and additional training to meet CNA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be available for onsite presence.
