Your Role
- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
- Support families through parent training and consistent communication
- Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland
- Part-time: 12.5 hours/week
- Pay: $17–$22/hr
