Kingston of Ashland is hiring Medication Aides to join our Skilled Nursing and Senior Care team. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate support to residents by safely administering medications and assisting with daily care needs—all while being part of a supportive team that values your skills and dedication.

• Administer prescribed medications to residents safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Document medication administration in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, and mobility as needed
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Medication Aide (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Ohio
• Previous experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• Compassionate, patient, and team-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
