Looking for an RN job in Ashland, Ohio where you can specialize in respiratory care and make a meaningful impact? Kingston of Ashland is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with an interest or experience in respiratory care, ventilator support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Join our resident-focused team and use your clinical expertise and compassion to support residents with complex pulmonary needs in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Provide respiratory-focused nursing care, including tracheostomy support
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately
• Monitor changes in respiratory status and respond promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure high standards of care
• Promote a safe, healing environment for residents and families

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Experience in respiratory or ventilator care preferred (training provided)
• Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehab experience a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership skills
