Kingston Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) across Ohio to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
- Monitor health conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Develop, document, and adjust care plans based on resident needs and progress.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio required.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
