• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Provide hands-on care that promotes comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and support interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families through kind, respectful interaction.

• Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio required.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus but not required.
