Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston of Ashland, OH. Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required.

• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in line with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and promptly report changes to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care goals and quality outcomes
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs to ensure consistent care standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
