$13.00/hr – $13.00/hr

• Prepare pasta, sauces, bread sticks, and toppings needed for daily productionli>
• Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
• Maintain safe food temperatures throughout meal period. Rotate product, clean up and sanitize the area during and after shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer.
• Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes.

• Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter.
• Able to work with little or no supervision.

• Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
• Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
