We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects in Ashland and the surrounding Southern Oregon region. This position plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and strong working relationships with trade partners.

This is a leadership-focused, boots‑on‑the‑ground role for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and team coordination.

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Perform daily site walks and quality control inspections
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Prepare daily reports and track jobsite progress
• Proactively resolve field issues and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast‑paced job sites
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Ashland, OR
